Weaning is a big and very important decision for families. Join this guided conversation when your baby is around a year old to talk about the How's and Why's of weaning. Maybe you are completely ready, maybe you are not sure, maybe someone else thinks it is time for you to wean. Talk it out and learn about other how families have experienced weaning. |

Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class. At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region. Breastfeeding Buddies Invites you and your baby to our popular Walk and Talk ( Winter ) Weekly Meet UP at The Waterloo Early ON Centre ( 161 Roger St., Waterloo). Join us in a warm and comfy setting. Meet like minded families, ask breastfeeding questions. This meet up is a great isolation buster for you and baby during the cold, long days of winter. Breastfeeding Check Ins Are Always Available but not a requisite to joining any of our events - all feeding methods and families are welcome. Coffee and Tea will be there for you!
