Join us in a warm and comfy setting at Cambridge Family Early Years Centre ( 173 Water St., Cambridge - Plenty of Free Parking ) Meet like minded families, ask breastfeeding questions. This meet up is a great isolation buster for you and baby during the cold, long days of winter. The Walk, Talk and Stroll that we all love is Back in Action. Meet other Nursing Families, Walk, Talk or Sit and Hang with us. If you would like to attend, and are experiencing any barriers to doing so, please contact bfbuddies@Healthcaringkw.org We can help with transportation, We can have a Buddy ready to meet you or be on text to support you if find these things hard to do ( you know you want to ). Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class. At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
