This meet up is a great isolation buster for you and baby during the cold, long days of winter. We can help you improve your latch, and show you new positions to breastfeed in! Mastered the latch but have other breastfeeding questions? Please join us! Join our virtual group meet-up on Tuesdaysas we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.
2:00 pm: Beyond the Basics: Return to Work/Breastfeeding Beyond a Year – ![]()
Many parents are given misinformation and face criticism about breastfeeding their children beyond infancy. Join experienced breastfeeding buddies for a conversation about why breastfeeding beyond a year is normal and an important health decision for you and your child! Toddlers welcome! Families will also have the opportunity to learn about working with your body to continue your breastfeeding journey with and around your work schedule. This workshop will be offered Virtually over Zoom. Advance registration for each session is required here. |

Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class. At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
