Join us on February 3rd at 1pm for this free movie screening, followed by a free workshop about preparing for emergencies and countering commercial influence in infant feeding for parents and other members of the public. You'll learn:
- How to prepare for an emergency during pregnancy or with young children
- How to help very young children cope during and after a major emergency
- How to protect your decisions on how to feed your baby from commercial influence

February 6, 2024(1 event) 2:00 pm: Beyond the Basics: Return to Work/Breastfeeding Beyond a Year – No One: Peanut Gallery: “Are you STILL breastfeeding?” “Breastmilk has no benefits after a certain age….” Many parents are given misinformation and face criticism about breastfeeding their children beyond infancy. Join experienced breastfeeding buddies for a conversation about why breastfeeding beyond a year is normal and an important health decision for you and your child! Toddlers welcome! Families will also have the opportunity to learn about working with your body to continue your breastfeeding journey with and around your work schedule.
