September 28, 2021(2 events) 10:00 am: Virtual Latch and Learn! Topic: Person to Parent – Person to Parent: Adjusting to life with a baby and breastfeeding are HUGE learning curves. We want to support you through this adjustment and answer any breastfeeding questions that you have. Join our virtual group meet-up on Tuesdays as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group. 2:00 pm: Craving Connection CAMBRIDGE – Happening at 2pm on Tuesdays at Soper Park in Cambridge
After you arrive, sign in, and complete screening, find yourself a spot to sit. We do recommend that you bring a blanket for yourself and baby to sit on, and whatever toys/items you will require to keep baby entertained. During Breastfeeding Buddies Cravings Connections sessions, Covid-19 restrictions will be observed. 2m distance is required between all participants from separate households, including children/babies. Become a Buddy
Did you know that the Breastfeeding Buddies program of the Waterloo Region recently received a grant from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation to expand peer breastfeeding support?
The campaign will mobilize many levels of partnerships to improve hospital-to-community supports and engage with priority populations to increase breastfeeding rates across Waterloo Region.
