This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region. Join us on February 3rd at 1pm for this free movie screening, followed by a free workshop about preparing for emergencies and countering commercial influence in infant feeding for parents and other members of the public. You'll learn:
- How to prepare for an emergency during pregnancy or with young children
- How to help very young children cope during and after a major emergency
- How to protect your decisions on how to feed your baby from commercial influence
