This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.

We know welcoming a new eater to the table is an exciting parenting milestone! Over the course of the hour we will discuss the continued importance of human milk while starting complementary foods, tips for protecting your milk supply, current WHO recommendations on the signs of solid readiness and parent tested tips on Baby Led food introduction.
