Return to Work and Breastfeeding is a workshop for parents who are currently breastfeeding and planning a return to work or school in the coming months. Families will have the opportunity to learn about working with your body to continue your breastfeeding journey with and around your work schedule as well as tips and strategies for those families who are wanting to wean their baby. Coping with Crying:Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience. Join us (even if your baby is crying) and take a moment for yourself to be around other parents who have been there.
